My name is Melissa Harper. I represent clients in the St. Louis area who want to create a better future for themselves or protect their current life and assets. I am a 2002 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. As a litigator, I have first-chair experience conducting jury trials, bench trials, and a variety of hearings. I am devoted to upholding our constitutional checks and balances and helping others. While my civil practice is focused on problems affecting individual's personal lives such as divorce and child support, my caseload has included everything from appeals in front of the Missouri Labor Relations Board to overturning default judgments from a credit card company. My criminal case experience includes DUI's and misdemeanors such as assault and theft, as well as a full range of felonies to include drugs, burglaries, manslaughter and arson. I run a modern legal practice focused on the client offering weekend hours, live case updates online, and personal service.
